How do I access my team's workout?
Your team's workout is password protected to ensure that only members of your team can see it. If you forget your password, contact a member of you forget the password.
I do not have the equipment to do the exercises listed in my program, what do I do?
Exercises on your workout sheet appear under a heading to help classify what it is we are trying to get out of the perscribed lift. If you do not have the equipment, consult the videos tab substitute an exercise that is listed in the same category. Ex, if you do not have a rack to do rack pull ups, substitue another upper back exercise such as cable pull-downs.
What order should I complete the exercises in?
The exercises should be done in the order they appear on the sheet.
Is there a difference between Reps and RM sets? What is it?
Yes, there is a difference. RM set is your Rep Max set, you should fail on the last rep of the last set. Rep sets, usually done as lead ups or recovery, should be done at weights that are a percentage of you Single (1) Rep Max...you should not fail on the last rep of the set.
